Baked Tahini Ginger Chicken
Chicken Rub
Mix together:
2tsp salt
1″ minced ginger
Rub the rub mixture all over 2 chicken leg/thighs, including under the skin.
Sauce
Mix together:
3 garlic cloves, minced
4Tbl tahini
4Tbl soy sauce
4Tble honey
Put chicken leg/thighs in a covered casserole dish, and cover with sauce.
Bake for an hour at 350°, basting 2-3 times.
