Our delicious wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon whole filets are:

• Professionally fileted & flash frozen
• Individually vacuum-packaged
• Boneless, skin on one side
• Each filet generally weighs 1-2 pounds*
• For each 10 LBS of whole filets, expect 6-8 filets*
• For each 10 LBS, expect 26+ meals, based on a 6oz serving size (FDA standard serving size is 4oz)
